How to Brew — Hot

1. Bring fresh or filtered cold water to a full boil.
2. Use 1 tea bag for every 7–9 oz (200–260 ml) of water.
3. Pour boiling water over the tea bag and cover.
4. Steep for 3–7 minutes. Steep longer for a bolder cup.

How to Brew — Iced

Makes approximately 1 quart / 1 liter

1. Place 6 tea bags in a teapot.
2. Add 1¼ cups (315 ml) of boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
3. Fill a pitcher about one-quarter full with cold water.
4. Remove the tea bags and pour the brewed tea into the pitcher.
5. Add ice and top up with cold water. Sweeten and garnish to taste.
