At Nuvé, we take pride in the quality of our teas, accessories, and wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to make things right if there’s ever an issue.
Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

No restocking fees.

No final sale items – all products are eligible for return if they meet the guidelines below.
Tea Products:
Due to the consumable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened or used tea items. Unopened tea can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Tea Accessories (Infusers, Tools, etc.):
Unused and unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
If your return or refund request is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, or upon confirming the issue.
Refunds are generally approved if:
