How to Brew — Hot

1. Bring fresh or filtered cold water to a full boil.
2. Use one tea bag per 7–9 oz (200–260 ml) of water.
3. Pour boiling water over the tea bag and cover.
4. Steep for 3–7 minutes. Steep longer for a bolder cup.

How to Brew — Iced

Makes approximately 1 quart / 1 liter.

1. Place six tea bags in a teapot.
2. Pour 1¼ cups (315 ml) of boiling water over the bags.
3. Steep for five minutes, then remove the tea bags.
4. Fill a pitcher about one-quarter full with cold water and add the brewed tea.
5. Add ice and top up with cold water to approximately one liter. Sweeten and garnish to taste.
