How to Brew — Hot

1. Bring fresh or filtered cold water to a full boil.
2. Pour 7–9 oz (200–260 ml) of water over 1 tea bag.
3. Cover and steep for 3–7 minutes.
4. Remove the tea bag and enjoy. Steep longer for a bolder cup.

How to Brew — Iced

Makes approximately 1 quart / 1 liter

1. Place 6 tea bags of your chosen blend in a teapot.
2. Add 1¼ cups (315 ml) of boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
3. Remove the tea bags and pour into a pitcher containing cold water.
4. Add ice and top up with cold water to approximately 1 liter. Sweeten and garnish to taste.
